Hi! My name is Allysa. I am 5'6 & 1/2 and I weigh 140 pounds. I started eating healthier in January 2012, I lost about 20 pounds. I moved away from home and so i had to pause my Insanity routine. I am definitely not as toned as I used to be. I have become passionate about eating healthy and working out to create the healthiest lifestyle as possible. :) Follow! Ask me questions! :)
